What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, contact number, event date, preferred departure window, guest counts, optional add-ons and any notes you write. We also record a hashed, date-salted network identifier to limit automated abuse.

Why we collect it

Only to review your request, confirm yacht availability, reply to you and prepare your event. We do not sell your details.

What this website does not do

This website does not take payments, does not connect to a card processor and does not automatically confirm reservations. No payment details are collected here.

Retention

Unconfirmed or cancelled requests are removed automatically from our booking database after 90 days. Confirmed event records may be retained longer where needed for accounting or legal reasons.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your device may store your most recent request, a browser visit count for the install prompt and cached pages for offline use. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your request by writing to our team with your reference. Where local law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.

Use the contact details shared with your booking confirmation, and quote your reference so we can find your request.

This notice describes the website as built. The operator should add its registered business name, a monitored contact address and its own retention or legal notices before public launch.
